I've spent about 3 days trying to get the bars removed but I've got some kind of problem where sometimes they are gone and other times they still show up. I'll get it to be consistent eventually. Some setting outside of the KDE windows decorations settings seems to be overriding my rule removing them, but only part of the time - really odd.

I think I got the title bars problem worked out finally. I am sure I'll keep tweaking this, but I just posted my current setup to unixporn.

Two days ago I was configuring XMonad and reading the documentation I realized that many WMs could be combined with a default Desktop either Plasma or Gnome, Xfce4, etc. I wanted to combine Qtile with plasma but there is only support for Gnome 
but XMonad is almost the same as Qtile but in different language XD 
, so nice KDE-Dr460n1z3d configuration with WM-XMonad to have Plasma Applets with XMonad keyboard shortcuts without using mouse.
