Can someone please help me out. I m using Intel i5 4590 and Intel hd graphics
This description cannot help us understand when. Try to find out more specific circumstances.
Also post info and logs.

Welcome to Garuda!
To be more specific, it happens mostly during heavy workloads. I've tried some solutions on the arch wiki but they didn't work.

What have you tried?
You haven’t posted logs.
cat $HOME/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log
journalctl -b -p3
inxi -Fxxxaz
So, I tried a solution mentioned on the arch wikihttps://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/intel_graphics
I’ve also posted this issue on Reddit at r/archlinux, those guys didn’t like that I’m using garuda. I’ve included a video file there https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/le5zzq/screen_flickering_on_garuda_linux_gnome/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
I modified this file as said on the arch wiki to prevent tearing, that didn’t work.
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
Section “Device”
Identifier “Intel Graphics”
Driver “intel”
Option “TearFree” “true”
EndSection
so these are the logs you asked

@Facon4
Read wiki "Reporting bugs" please, its a pain for cell and tablet user if you do not format the terminal output. Greetings SGS
That is only understandable that they would be upset with you. Why would you post on the Arch sub-reddit when using Garuda, There is a Garuda sub-reddit there if you want to post on Reddit. Please never post Garuda issues on other OS support sites. This will give Garuda a very poor reputation with other distro’s if our users are constantly doing this. Please stop this practice now, and whatever you do please never post a Garuda issue on the Arch Linux forum.
I understand. I'll keep that in mind. I thought that garuda is based on so someone might be able to help me out as it's based on the arch.
Are you getting tearing or flickering?
It's flickering.
This is not the correct log. User garuda?? Time of log??
Post the correct log at garuda private bin.
Which one, sorry but I use common home partition so that might have been the case. Which one is not the right one.

I’ve sent you the first Xorg.0.log.
I've posted both the logs on telegram.
This looks like the correct log.
???
I cannot view the telegram logs.
Post in https://bin.garudalinux.org/
Sure, I've posted both.

Try setting some options for intel. Create a file:
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
with contents
Section "Device"
Identifier "Intel Graphics"
Driver "intel"
Option "TripleBuffer" "true"
Option "TearFree" "true"
EndSection
Reboot to check.
If there is no real improvement, change TearFree to false and recheck.
Possibly this happens because of not enough memory, in conjunction to other factors. But it's all try-and-fail effort.
You may read for Gnome and Intel for more ideas.
