I haven’t checked recently but I think Linux in general, not Garuda, and particularly the underlying wine, is still blocked by roblox anti cheating app.
Roblox Studio has always worked.
An internet search would confirm this sadly…
If it’s really important for you, a solution would be to use it via Waydroid.
