Remove Garuda style (colors, buttons, etc) from Firefox

Hi,

Please I am new to Garuda and just want normal looking Firefox without the fancy colors and decoration.

I have changed everything else in my KDE, but Firefox.

How can I make firefox obey the rest of the theme?

Are you sure you have Firefox installed? The default browser in Garuda's Dr460nized KDE is Firedragon.

sudo pacman -S firefox

password of day = theme

Thanks for answering!

Yes I am sure.

I was thinking maybe this was easy to solve. I have my custom userchrome.css and I would like to use that but it conflicts with the firefox theme in Garuda.

Where did you put it?

Maybe this resource can be helpful:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Firefox/Tweaks#Appearance

General user interface CSS settings

Firefox's user interface can be modified by editing the userChrome.css and userContent.css files in ~/.mozilla/firefox/profile/chrome/ (profile_dir is of the form hash.name, where the hash is an 8 character, seemingly random string and the profile name is usually default). You can find out the exact name by typing about:support in the URL bar, and searching for the Profile Directory field under the Application Basics section as described in the Firefox documentation.

First sorry, I am not good explaining myself.

This part is working (the userchrome) but it get mixxed with Garuda theming on Firefox.

So Firefox recognize and apply my userchrome.css and at the same time it is using garuda style window decorations (example: the closing, min. and max. buttons as purple, yellow and red balls)

This only happens with firefox, everything else is using the theme I have set.

Solution:

The theme I have changed only work for gt4, gt3 was still sweet-dark.

Sorry for the mess, I am still new to this.
