Reinstall Add/Remove Software

I recently installed Garuda Dr460nized edition. I wasn't quite sold on using Octopi, so I tried installing pamac from the AUR. Soon afterwards I realized that Add/Remove Software was already installed and would fit my needs. So, I opened that and uninstalled all pamac related packages from the chaotic aur repos. Somehow, this also uninstalled Add/Remove Software that came preinstalled.

I tried using Snapper Tools to roll back to two different points before the accidental uninstall, but to no avail. I've searched the repos using Octopi, as well as Pacman in the terminal, and can't find any packages related to "pamac" or "add/remove software" that aren't from the chaotic AUR.

How can I get the original Add/Remove Software back on my system?

Let me know if you need any more information.

I am not sure I fully understand your issue. Have you accidentally deleted the arch repos from your pacman.conf or something similar?? If that's what is the issue use

garuda-update remote fix

To reset your pacman.conf

Alternatively if you have removed something from your system and wish to compare the iso package list to reinstall them. (most likely what you are trying to do)

curl https://iso.builds.garudalinux.org/iso/latest/garuda/dr460nized/latest.pkgs.txt | grep -Eo '^[^ ]+' | paru -Syu --needed -

pamac is not preinstalled.
https://iso.builds.garudalinux.org/iso/garuda/dr460nized/230319/garuda-dr460nized-linux-zen-230319.pkgs.txt
It’s not recommended by Garuda.
Install pamac-aur from AUR or chaotic-aur.

sudo pacman -Syu pamac-aur

You may have already figured this out by now, but “Add/Remove Software” is Pamac. For some reason they do not clearly identify the software in the GUI, but if you click the “About” option in the menu it will confess.
