Question about exporting user config

Hey, I've been using Garuda for a week or so now and I finally have a desktop and settings config that I really enjoy and which seems to work without bugs or inconsistencies.

My question:

Is it possible to export my system settings + kde settings + widget settings + latte settings in some sort of config file?
The thing is that I want to export this setup to another user on this machine, and also to my work laptop to dual boot Garuda on that machine.

Is this possible? How would I go about in solving this problem? Thanks

I have seen this one recommended:

I have not tried it myself, but it appears to be well-suited for the use case you describe.
