ProtonVPN CLI crashed

I formatted and installed Garuda GNOME KDE n number of times but each time same issue. I am using protonvpn CLI and one time windscribe vpn CLI. When I try to connect it, it gives an error like this,

There is already a VPN connection running.
Terminating previous connection...
Connecting to NL-FREE#9 via UDP...

I thinks It may happens after some updates.

disable adguard dns from garuda assistant app
as that option locks resolveconf from being modified
