Problems with Wifi

I've been using Garuda for a while now. I have a problem with no data being downloaded. I'm connected so everything looks good, but no data.I have another small eee computer that I run Mx Linux and there it works well. Does anyone have a solution maybe

Hi there @pata66. Sorry to say it, but that's nowhere near enough information to make an informed assessment of your problem.

If you have no network connection, then try to use Android USB phone tethering for a temporary internet connection. Once you can get online please post the output of the following command:

inxi -Fxxxza

Please do not post the output as a picture.

I'm guessing you have no Ethernet connection either (as the output is registering as down for your wired adapter). You can use Android USB phone tethering if you need a working connection to make it easier to post diagnostic outputs. When running commands to diagnose issues with your wifi make sure you have no alternate internet connection activated (ie Ethernet or tethering).

With no connections active except your WiFi run:

ping -c5 8.8.8.8

ping -c5 google.com

Please post the outputs of those command as text (no pictures please)

Also:

cat /etc/resolv.conf

I got it started with Android USB phone tethering
Then I started the Network-Assistant tool and after that, it seems to work.

Thanks so much for your help
