Problem with ananicy

My performance settings are standard, that is, I didn't change anything in /etc/ananicy.d but I have this error when typing
ananicy dump proc
File: /etc/ananicy.d/00-cgroups.cgroups, Line: 5, Error: cgroup fs: cpu missing
File: /etc/ananicy.d/00-cgroups.cgroups, Line: 6, Error: cgroup fs: cpu missing

Can anybody help me?

Why you do this and permission is needed as root = sudo

Thanks for the answer, but this command was run as root and this is the answer posted above.

sudo systemctl status ananicy
journalctl -efu ananicy.service

or ask
