How do you update?

garuda-update

or simply

update

from terminal should do the trick.
Please do that and provide relevant output.
Did you add anything to IgnorePkg in your pacman conf?

I tried that and it still shows me the notification. And I didn't mess around with my pacman conf.

Last full system update should be today.
There have been many package updates after 09-jan.
Please try again and provide output.
