even garuda-update will say it failed to lock databases.

This usually happens when two instances of pacman are running at the same time.

Edit: the reconstruction of the PKGBUILD suddenly added a new dependency which isn’t required during the build process, leading to this situation. I’ve added the needed pkgbase, which gets flutter going again
