Multiple Fails, but are they normal?

For the btrfs message, I think it is not an actual error, but a dev might know more.

About the other two, they are comming from powertweaks.
You may want to post a report with your HW specs at GitLab, for a possible exception by case.

I just created an issue there

This is to be expected when quotas are turned off in BTRFS (set in timeshift or manual via command line). So its not an actual issue, if it annoys you turn quotas back on.

For this one, you may want to give a look at this one:

It could be that pcie_aspm=force as boot parameter could solve it, but I don’t know about possible side effects of this, and how it relates to your powersave options…

qgroups are turned on in timeshift. I have not messed with them at all. how do I verify them?

I restored via timeshift to before the update.
I added this to /etc/default/grub and ran grubup and then rebooted to update my laptop. Sitll have the same problem.

I got same error, no pcie _aspm modul, so error message comes up,IDK why the Software not check if the hardware is in Pc or not
