Some people (including me) have had problems with reflector, it appears that its trying to use the same 4 bad mirrors, i had to manually replace the mirror list with output from rate-mirror but whenever the Garuda update manager is launched it replaces the rate-mirrors with the same 4 bad mirrors from reflector.
An Option to use rate-mirror would be great.
We already talked about using it in the past and need to discuss it again 
Edit: basic support for rate-mirrors in the update script has been added, it will use rate-mirrors if installed and falls back to reflector if it isn't 
that's great, it runs well now, haven't encountered any more issues with mirrors when updating.
