Please use https://bin.garudalinux.org/ for longer logs (journal/dmesg), then you don’t need to split them and potential helpers can read them much better. It also makes sense to post the complete log, not just excerpts of what you think is relevant

In cinnamon-session version 6.2.0 there is currently a confirmed bug that prevents shutdown/reboot:

Your shutdown error is not the same, but in connection with the nvidia driver problem it is possible
