Earlier one of Garuda team members asked me why I install non-KDE apps
and that is what broke my desktop
I'm not sure if was it because of this message. so what do you guys answer yes or no?

Read the message and the linked wiki article.

Ok :blush:

@TilliDie @TNE

Thank you :blush: :+1:

It makes perfect sense now after reading the wiki LOL

I did read that a few weeks back I remember

many thanks

cant find

/etc/garuda/garuda-update/config

To Creat a File with this

SKIP_MIRRORLIST=1
UPDATE_AUR=1

I can only Find this

/etc/garuda/migrations/

You have to set it up first, it isn't there by default.

sudo mkdir /etc/garuda/garuda-update
sudo micro /etc/garuda/garuda-update/config

Paste into the file:

# garuda-update config
#SKIP_MIRRORLIST=1
#UPDATE_AUR=1
#PACMAN_NOCONFIRM=1

Uncomment the options you wish to enable.
