i spend my last hole night to solve this , luckily it start working ..
but now it takes dev/video0 , but i need this also for my other application , so how to create a dev/video1 ?

It could be that there are OBS users here and they could help, but I think application-specific issues would be better addressed in the OBS forum:

today I tried to install obs and to make obs-studio run. To see the virtual cam button it is necessary to install v4l2loopback-dkms. The button will be seen. But clicking on the button is without effect.
To activate the cam in terminal I wrote:
sudo modprobe v4l2loopback
now the cam is working. If you want to start the module automatically you can put a file in /etc/modprobe.d
I prefer to activate it only when needed
