Nvidia driver not showing on hardware configuration

Hello, i’ve just installed Garuda on my laptop by selecting proprietary driver on install but when i start, only nouveau was installed so i manualy installed DKMS, it’s shown like installed but on hardware configuration i don’t have them displayed on hardware configuration and i have only the “auto install open source driver” option not the proprietary one.

Yes i know as i said i installed the DKMS drivers but what i don’t understand, it’s why Garuda haven’t installed the proprietary drivers and why the hardware configuration show only open source driver, on screenshot of other peoples there is the DKMS version and the posibility to auto install proprietary drivers, for me there is only the open source option and no DKMS display there

Reminds me of this thread:

with

GeForce RTX 4080 Max-Q / Mobile

Is it possible that these are (relatively) new GPUs which are unknown to the MHWD (DB) so that they are not presented in the HW configuration screen?
(this is just a question / possible hint to anyone knowledgeable about MHWD…)
