I booted a snapshot only for positing garuda-inxi here but as I said the problem is present also when booting from usb with proprietary drivers.
Just a suggestion have you tried the lastest iso on a usb using ventroy as reading though the post you have seem to have had many different issues
I downloaded the ISO today through Garuda Downloader and burned It on a USB with popsicle (since is the one that comes with the downloader)
does the nvidia driver work in the usb live mode

i noticed there is a bios update for your board
It just stuck, for some reason it managed to print one time even after the kernel panic. Maybe it did in time to be pushed to the stdout but normally instead of this line there is written kernel panic end.
Let me try to update it and i will let you know
Once you have updated bios
make sure fast boot is still disabled and secure boot is disabled
and you are in achi mode
The bios update fixed the problem!
Thank you for your help, I didn't even think about updating the BIOS because everything worked before even on the old version.
