New Nvidia kernel driver usage in linux

Hello Garuda users.

I installed garuda with proprietary drivers for my 1070 old GPU
As Nvdia said that is not support new driver, Users said the new driver in kernel is better for linux and KDE etc.
Today i replaced 1070 =>> to 3050 and its working
The question is , should i do something more , like delete old driver for 1070 or maybe i should reinstall something . i dont know. thanks!

I don't know, but general rule in programming :
If it is working, don't touch it
