Need assistance with getting external display working

Hello Everyone,

I need some assistance with getting my external display working with my laptop, my laptop for context is a legion 5 with a 1660 ti, the display shows up in the display manager and I can hit enable but as soon as I save the changes it moves back when i try enabling it via terminal i get

I have no idea if that’s the same thing.
