Any help would be great. I have hardware I wish to use. I want to have a stronger audio production studio that I can hook up midi gear and use VST instruments in good daws like Protools, Reaper, etc, Help! I just switched OS and completely cleaned my Mac now I'm running this OS.

What exactly are you asking here? "How do I do audio production on Linux?" If so, that's an incredibly wide question, and really something you should research rather than expecting someone here to magically provide a tutorial specific to your use-case.

Otherwise, start here: Professional audio - ArchWiki

i guess there are no workarounds.

I've been researching, but have not found a way to; for example, run software licenses like iloc for Akai's MPC Software which is only capatable on windows/Mac OSs. I figured there would have been someone who already had is question and found a solution. Again, I am brand new with linux and I choose Garunda based on the information I was able to find. Thanks for even responding.

Then Garuda is probably not for you. It’s best for experienced Linux users who at least understand the terminology.

What leads you to believe it will run in Linux? Did you read an article, wiki, google search? What?
You said, “based on the information I was able to find.” What information–specifically?

There are actual Linux distributions that specialize in A/V production. Why not go with one of them?

Thank you for the response. That is now what I am doing.
Thanks for all the support.
