I want to use garuda but my system doesnt support secure boot so what can i do to use it?
garuda doesn’t natively support secure boot. so you should be fine

i cannot install the system in bios its saying check your tty is turn off but i dont have a secure boot system what i need to do
is it named differently in your bios if on the live iso you could post the garuda-inxi it might be easier to help you.

that looks more like a systemd issue there but maybe someone else here has more experience with what your going through
Which DE?
Where you download the ISO?
Did you check shasum?
Did you use last ventoy version?
Did you use grub2 boot on ventoy?

In BIOS you need to disable fastboot and secure boot.
