I've just installed a fresh version of Garuda (the latest version flashed on a USB) and partitioned / with 30 GB and /home with 185 GB; after the setup my root folder is almost full!! What the hell? I can't install anything (I tried to install Filelight) because tell me that i have 60 MB free in root.
How could i resolve that?
Ok, I've managed to install Filelight and I saw the problem: Timeshift backups were setted in the / folder (I know is a dumb error but I'll leave the topics, in case someone have the same "issue").

Modify the /etc/timeshift-autosnap.conf file. Mine says
deleteSnapshots=true
maxSnapshots=3
That way, in the future, timeshift won't fill up your hard disk.
Change the number according to your needs.
