My laptop running Garuda won’t Display to my Monitors

I have restarted my laptop and my monitors and I have used xrandr and several YouTube guides.

You are trying to use xrandr on wayland naturally all those guides failed. Switch to X11 instead and see if it helps. You can do so from the login screen when you boot there is a small drop down just below the place to enter password click on it and select x11 instead of wayland and see if it helps.
