I can t even run nvidia x serever settings

That’s because it’s not installed.

This is a Kepler-based GPU and so needs the 470xx drivers, e.g. nvidia-470xx-dkms .

Very old GPU, you can't just select the default "current" nvidia drivers or go Nouveau (good luck, they suck). @jonathon is on the moniez.

Dual nVidia here :wink: I'd go back to AMD/Radeon if the next Blue GPU ran 9 screens and didn't cost $6000.
