My Apperence theme and login screen themes changes whenever I login Back (after shutting down)

I used administrator account and BTW I have disabled / removed guest account from user accounts setting !.

When you remove the guest user from the user settings, it will reappear after reboot.
This happend to me and I accidently logged into the guest account again.
