My Issue:
I've always had this problem with any distro/DE I use, but figured I'd try here anyway. When I use multiple monitors (3 monitors in this case) my OS will freeze up at any given time. I have no idea what's causing this, and can't seem to find any helpful information. I'd like this distro/DE setup to be stable enough to use as my daily driver, but I'm at a loss. Also, since having to hard reboot since the last freeze, my top-bar that comes with Garuda KDE is now gone. If anyone can please help me with this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Seems you did not search in forum.
You can fix it with garuda-assistant.

This might also help for the monitors configuration.
There are some examples, but further details can be also found on the related links for xrandr and Xorg.

I would also recommend while you are experiencing these freezing issues (and trying to figure out a fix), to enable and use REISUB to safely restart your system. This post from a different forum has a very well laid out guide: [Tip] Enable Magic SysRq Key (REISUB) - Kernel, boot, graphics & hardware - EndeavourOS
Once you set it up it should work as long as the kernel is intact to do the commands as they are low-level. (won’t work with a complete hardware failure)
