[EDIT] This topic can be closed. I rebooted the computer and typed garuda-update on the terminal, it updated again and now the issue disappeared.
Something happened on the last update and now I can’t move my windows freely, because they always resize and reposition automatically, which is not how it worked in the past.
I am not sure what is happening, but if I drag the top of the window, a gray rectangle appears, and the window is resized to the size of the gray rectangle and moved to it. This also happens if I use the meta+left_click to move the window. That’s very annoying, I am being forced to use the windows on specific positions I do not want.
How can go back to the previous windows behaviour?
