Macbook 10,2 Late 2012 graphics card(s) - how to pic one?

Hi everyone.
I had a fresh install of Garuda Dragonized on an old macbook, as per topic title.
Everything works out of the box and I’m very happy, also because I tried a couple of arch based distros with many issues and Garuda works perfectly!
BUT … the fan goes to maximum speed after 30 seconds of a youtube video, or during updates, I don’t know, the laptop gets hot very quickly, even with simple tasks.
I was thinking, knowing that this laptop has 2 graphics cards, maybe nvidia card is warming everything quicker?
I would like to try to have it deactivated, or to have the possibility to choose which card I want to use.
Well, I’ve really no idea where to start. I appreciate any effort in helping me.
And also, if someone with the same laptop would like to advice any customization…it’s always welcome.
Thanks in advance!

EDIT
My garuda-inxi output, sorry if i’ve missed before:
