Looks like my packages' respositories are changed - is this normal?

Same here. The only effect is, it broke Plasma notifications for me, and I was stuck with knopwob dunst:

I fixed it by removing dunst package as suggested here (simply restarting plasmashell didn’t help, I had to relog).
