Logseq-desktop permission denied

I installed logseq-desktop-0.9.3-1 from the choatic-aur.

sudo pacman -S loqseq-desktop The install went smoothly.

when I to run it from command line I get this error
logseq %u
/usr/bin/logseq: line 15: /opt/logseq-desktop/Logseq: Permission denied

line 15 of /usr/bin/logseq is:

exec /opt/logseq-desktop/Logseq $LOGSEQ_USER_FLAGS "$@"

I can run logseq as sudo loqsec --no-sandbox in order to run. The app launches but the app is blank.
