Logitech Streamcam suddenly stopped working

This morning all of the sudden my Logitech Streamcam stopped working. Basicly Cheese, Webex Video Conferencing, they all don't recognize the webcam anymore.
Does anyone know a solution?

It turned out to be a broken USB extension cord. Solved.
