LoginError what should i do?

Hey fellas
I just updated my garuda after finished i reboot my laptop and then when i type my pass it says "login error"
Login screen also changed and in sure about my password. What the hell happened? I have a project to finish and im in hurry please help

Use last working snapshot, please, later you can chroot and fix Kernel problem or whatever.

Yup i restored it but how can i fix this? Somehow my password changed? Im kind of confused about what happened

You could launch garuda-update, not confirming the installation, and analyze which (to be) updated packages might influence this strange behaviour.
Maybe a keyboard layout change?
If you use special charachters in your password, you could change it to a very simple and numeric one and see how it goes after a new update.

Nah im not using keyboard layouts and my password is simple. Its just words

I think its better to do not update my garuda for a while

Its strange because my kdenlive is not working properly after i restored to last snap working

I am sorry to say this, but this topic is completely lacking in the typical information needed for minimal troubleshooting:

  • garuda-inxi is missing
  • we don't know which packages had been (would be, after the snapshot restore) updated
  • "Login screen also changed" is a bit vague
  • "kdenlive is not working properly" is a bit vague (and off-topic)

To get technical help (I am not a developer, but I see so many threads and know what technical people want...) you need precise, detailed information, error messages, logs, etc...
