Libicuuc.so.73: cannot open shared object file

HI all after using Garuda for a couple of weeks without issue, I decided to remove Windows and put Garuda on my main drive. I’m not sure what Ive done wrong this time. When attempting to run ‘garuda-settings-manager’ i get

garuda-settings-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.73: cannot open shared object file:No such file or directory

Ive seen this on the forum a few times and I attempted:

sudo pacman -Syu garuda-settings-manager-git

Which is up-to date, I then attempt:

sudo pacman -Syu

which responds ‘there is nothing to do’ I haven’t been able to find any other solutions.

I also try and run the ‘Hardware Configuration’ which does nothing from the application menu, but if i add to the desktop and run from there is seems to open.
