Keybord language and layout resets every couple of seconds

Mostly header has an explanation, but let me explain what happens:
I added 1 more language to keyboard set (It is Ukrainian), and I noticed that every ~10 seconds language resets to English… even when doing absolutely nothing…
I noticed that it resets even on English (like keyboard control app is restarting) because it misses a button press on that particular second of reset…
