Keyboard slow to start after boot

my keyboard sometimes takes 2 minutes or more before i can use it at login screen. anything i can do to fix that

HP Laptop 15-dy2xxx
11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7
Intel TigerLake-LP GT2 [Iris Xe Graphics]
8gb ddr4 ram
