I had the same issue migrating to dracut with LUKS. This helped me: https://forum.garudalinux.org/t/want-to-try-and-help-test-dracut-now-is-the-time/23994/19?u=kayo then sudo dracut-rebuild Then you can restart and it should pass on the LUKS key from GRUB correctly so you won’t have to enter it twice.
