Is Garuda's package repository sync with ArchLinux's?

I heard that Plasma 5.22 is out yesterday as a beta package, so I go and search for it and I found that ArchLinux's repo already have Plasma 5.22 in the 'extra' repo.
https://archlinux.org/groups/x86_64/plasma/
So I want to ask:
Are Garuda Linux's repositories sync with ArchLinux's?

There is nothing like "Garuda Linux's repo". All Garuda uses is some Arch's repos plus chaotic-aur.

But I can't get Plasma update to 5.22... It is abnormal if as you say so

I am already running Plasma 5.22. Why not you? Because you haven't updated your system.

Sorry, how do you update your system?

EDIT: I use upd command suggested by @SameExpert , and then now I am installing Plasma 5.22. I think I may probably use upd rather than sudo pacman -Syu after this...

Hm this is because, upd also refreshes mirrors. Sometimes some mirrors might take some time to be up to date and the mirrors you were using were not yet up to date.

So upd is a better practice in Garuda Linux
