Internal microphone not working

Hii
I am trying to make a discord call in my laptop.
But I observed that the other person could hear nothing from my end.
I did try installing pulse audio, setting right microphone to minimum( as I guessed that would work as in a yt tutorial) but it did not work.
I tried another troubleshooting from garuda forum but was no luck.
