Problem is known: [ArchWiki] glib2 update breaks luakit (and more?)
I get the very same error messages.
I have not tried to recompile from AUR yet (I currently have the one from the 'community' repo).

Posting this just in case there is some other issue with the new glib2.

Betting it's already mentioned here if you had done a search. Simply just downgrade to 2.72 and add glib2 to you ignore list in pamac.conf file.
