Impossible to update "Loading initial ramdisk"

Hello,

The problem is that I can’t update, because then I do it will stuck at “loading initial ramdisk…”

I tried also with LTS linux, reinstalling from live USB and making the update, but nothing…the problem remains

Some can give me an help please? Thanks in advance
