Icons do not appear
Open the bookmark, sometimes that is all it takes to generate the favicon.
Sometimes if you import your bookmarks from another browser, the favicons to not get imported for some reason and they get stuck on the "default" one you have pictured. You can either delete them and re-add them, or try an extension like this:
