I want to move from Mint and install Garuda but I have encountered a problem during install

Hi everyone, I have used Linux Mint for the past 18 months. This is my first adventure outside of Mint and the trigger for this was finding out about the Gnome desktop environment.

My problem with the install is this step in the install procedure

"Make sure that your device's SATA controller is set to AHCI mode in your device's setup utility. Otherwise, the Linux kernel may not be able to detect your drive."

I can not find how to confirm/change this setting which makes me unsureif my laptop is compatible. I have put the details of my laptop into the registration form if that helps

It should be AHCI by default for almost every PC in the last few years. Do search anyway though!
