Boot into your system's BIOS or UEFI firmware interface and double-check the settings. Secure boot must be disabled, et cetera.

From the download page:

Installation Procedure

  • Boot the PC and press the manufacturer specific key to open your device's setup utility. Common keys used: Esc, Delete, F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, or F12. Find more common keys and buttons.
  • Disable fastboot and secure boot. It may not be possible to disable the latter explicitly - try clearing the secure boot keys instead. Check the manual of your device/motherboard for further info.
  • Make sure that your device's SATA controller is set to AHCI mode in your device's setup utility. Otherwise, the Linux kernel may not be able to detect your drive.
  • If your firmware supports UEFI then configure your device to use UEFI only in its setup utility. UEFI is much preferred over BIOS whenever possible.
  • Create a bootable USB using DD/Etcher/Ventoy/Rufus.
  • From the setup utility, boot to the usb drive:
You might see separate commands for the same device. For example, you might see UEFI USB Drive and BIOS USB drive. Each command uses the same device and media but boots the PC in a different firmware mode. We recommend to boot the drive in UEFI mode if listed.
  • After booting the live media, start the installer and follow the guided installation procedure.

I did everything u said but it still freezes when i boot it, i pressed esc and it freezes at: "a start job is running for Monitoring of LVM2 mirrors, snapshots etc. Using dmventd or progress polling (29s / no limit)"

29s is not a freeze.

Wait.

1 - disconnect the ethernet cable to reduce the time to whit.
2 - disconnect all external hard drives.
3 - if your installing from a USB , do not use vintoy go for balenaEtcher .

It actually freezes cuz it doesnt do anything if i press esc

you can't cancel the boot process by pressing escape...

Why use balena-etcher with ~ 340 MB? You can use dd for the same thing,

If you mean ventoy.net, it's the best for use in Linux and M$.

When i press esc while booting it shows the console (idk of this is the correct name)

What you mentioned above is a visual representation of what systemd is doing to boot your system.

Does your PC has

Minimum requirements

  • 30 GB storage space
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Video card with OpenGL 3.3 or better
  • 64-bit system

for Garuda Linux?

If yes boot with free drivers.

yes it have all requirements

I will say please wait for a while when that thing is shown at least for 5 to 6 minutes
At that time it is simply installing the drivers for you , and yeah it takes a little bit of time .After that it will boot properly, sometimes some kind of hardwares even if they are fast they can take time for the first time.
