Are you using garuda-update to update your system?

garuda-update

If you are, and are still getting stuck on this conflict then remove the package like this:

sudo pacman -Rdd plasma5-applets-window-appmenu

Then bring your system up to date with garuda-update.

Be sure to refer to this article for updating to Plasma 6: Dr460nized Plasma 6 migration | Garuda Linux wiki

I hope that helps, welcome to the community @NonMember.
