Garuda Linux is not responsible for packages like Bauh. You should contact the developers of Bauh if you feel there is room for improvement. The packages in the chaotic aur are generally unmodified.
Garuda Linux uses the exact same pacman and exact same libalpm that is used on Arch Linux.
The recommended TUI installer/updater of packages is called “pacseek”.
only this
Trial → Error → first solving the issue/problem self → use man-db (your example man pacman.conf) → use preferred search engine → use arch wiki → be member from a forum and follow inside there the rules to open a topic, if you can’t solve self your problem.
Typing a comment, of course..but perhaps with more “looseness”.
Yes, perhaps your issue came through a update from a package and wasn’t a trial, but then the same way (but only my mind)
result current
no garuda-inxi
no logs
but typing about stuff that can’t help about your problem (my mind)
Is it solved ? It’s exist ? but only this
On every recent Garuda Zen kernel update, i get the terminal message that inframfs is not updated and i need to do it manually. So i do dracut-rebuild and everything works like it should, without errors. Isn’t this odd? Where to look to your opinion to find what causes it and report it?
The kernel update failed to determine how to update initramfs. You will need to update manually using mkinitcpio or dracut yourself or your system WILL NOT BE BOOTABLE.
