Garuda Linux is not responsible for packages like Bauh. You should contact the developers of Bauh if you feel there is room for improvement. The packages in the chaotic aur are generally unmodified.
Garuda Linux uses the exact same pacman and exact same libalpm that is used on Arch Linux.
The recommended TUI installer/updater of packages is called “pacseek”.
You still going i see. I was referring to all package managers, i gave one example. The default Kde one literally says not to use it on you system.

On every recent Garuda Zen kernel update, i get the terminal message that inframfs is not updated and i need to do it manually. So i do dracut-rebuild and everything works like it should, without errors. Isn’t this odd? Where to look to your opinion to find what causes it and report it?
This means you have deleted some files manually, used --override or done something else funky and unsupported. Don’t do that again.
