How to fix overlapping icons/launchers in Latte-dock?

I tried closing Latte and reopening it but the same things seems to happen.

You can restore latte-dock also with Garuda-Assistant after reboot.

Check also if you happened to have two overlapping docks (of course, resetting latte-dock default settings would fix this).
