How do I make the shell look inside a folder recusively using `$PATH`?

How can I add a folder in $PATH, that also tells the shell to look inside recursively?

For example, I have some portable apps installed in folder X. I want to be able to execute them by just typing their name. I know this can be accomplished by adding the folder to $PATH.

The problem is adding new folders to $PATH is very annoying, even when it's saved via smth like .zshrc.

Is there a way to use something like

/home/archbtw/Folder X/* (as in look inside recursively)

in $PATH?

Something like this might work:
