How do I bring back the old app bar in gnome?

I always liked that bar on the screen in older gnomes, but now i have so open that bar by pressing super and I don't like it. Is there any way to bring that on screen bar??

Given this is a change in GNOME your best bet is https://extensions.gnome.org/
