In future, please make sure you provide sufficient information that people can help without having to ask you a series of questions.
Given this is your first time posting, however:
In what way?
If you connect your headphones then the internal speakers will mute.
No idea what this means. The wheel is reversed, or you want it to be reversed? What mouse are you using, and have you looked at KDE's mouse settings?
Slow Wifi after 10 min become slow download speed arrive 30kb i have 100mb speed
and no sound speaker only sound headphones works and the mouse not Natural Scroll
Wifi and Internet connection speed are two different things. You should isolate the issue to your wifi by using an Ethernet cable.
That doesn't provide any more information than before.
Again, look in KDE's mouse settings.
what information you want about sound speaker
what command grep information about sound speaker
I Install Linux Garuda Yesterday i face problem Sound i try a lot solve problem not work
i install Alsa and unmute all speaker devices but nothing work what cause may problem

Are you all right?
Are we your personal assistants here who drop everything to solve your problems in 1 hour?
More respect for the unpaid volunteers here in the forum.
Does it work after fresh install?
What you change between?
You mean you didn't try that before posting?
Unrealistic expectation, perhaps?
Or you expect us to care more about you than you do about us?
